Formidable Forms provides software functionality that enables Vetter Stone to collect this information. Based on the functionality and configuration currently used by Vetter Stone, Formidable Forms is not treated as an independent recipient to whom Vetter Stone routinely discloses form submissions merely because its software plugin is being used.

Our website hosting provider, WordPress environment, email systems, website developers, security services, and other vendors involved in operating the website may process or have access to submitted information where reasonably necessary to transmit, store, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, or respond to the submission.

Vetter Stone may configure its website and forms to limit unnecessary collection of technical information where reasonably practical.

Depending upon the service configuration and how you interact with it, information processed may include:

Accordingly, although Vetter Stone does not currently use general sitewide behavioral analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity, certain analytics concerning the use of Lightbeans functionality may be generated through the Lightbeans service.

Information independently processed by Lightbeans may also be subject to Lightbeans’ own privacy practices and terms.

Vetter Stone does not control all data-processing practices of independently operated third-party service providers. Users should review any privacy notices presented by those services where appropriate.
